Three practices fundamental to Warrior Training

The essential role of a Warrior for the Human Spirit is to be the presence of insight and compassion.  This takes training!  Here are three of the core practices we teach: Meditation that develops a stable mind less likely be triggered; Taking Your Seat which develops true presence supported by the energies of Earth and Sky, and; Tonglen, a practice that shifts us from victim to compassionate awareness of the human experience.
